Mythoswin Withdrawal Problems and How to Fix Them

Why a Mythoswin withdrawal can sit pending, get declined or arrive late, and the practical steps UK players can take to get the money moving again.

For verified accounts, Mythoswin approves withdrawals within 3 hours, 24/7, so most payouts are uneventful. When one does stall, there is almost always a specific reason: a document request, an unfinished bonus, a payment-method mismatch or simply a bank’s processing time. This guide covers each problem, how to recognise it and how to fix it. If you have not requested a payout yet, the Mythoswin withdrawal guide explains the normal process.

First, check the status

The Withdraw tab in the Mythoswin cashier shows the status of every request. It tells you where the problem lies:

StatusWhat it meansWhat to do
PendingWaiting for the approval check, up to 3 hours for verified accountsWait 3 hours, then check for document requests
On hold / documents requiredMythoswin needs verification before approvingUpload the requested documents; review takes 24–48 hours
Approved / processingMythoswin has sent the money to your providerAllow the method’s arrival time
DeclinedThe request could not be paidRead the reason in your account messages, fix it and request again
CompletedThe provider has confirmed the paymentContact your bank or e-wallet if it is not visible

Mythoswin does not let you reverse a withdrawal once requested, so a request cannot accidentally be cancelled back into your balance.

Withdrawal pending: verification (KYC)

The most common reason for a delay is verification. Mythoswin checks age and identity before your first deposit, but a withdrawal can trigger further checks, particularly the first time you cash out or after a large win. You may be asked for:

  • Photo ID (passport or driving licence).
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
  • Proof of payment method, such as a card photo with the middle digits covered or an e-wallet screenshot.
  • Source-of-funds or affordability documents for higher deposit levels, such as payslips or bank statements.

Blurry photos, cropped edges, expired ID and documents older than 3 months are the usual reasons for rejection. The KYC verification troubleshooting guide has a checklist that helps you get it right first time.

Upload before you win

Send your proof of address and proof of payment as soon as you register. Then the first Mythoswin withdrawal only needs the standard 3-hour approval.

Withdrawal declined: wagering not complete

If you are playing with a Mythoswin bonus, check your wagering. The casino welcome bonus needs 10x the bonus amount wagered within 30 days. For example, a £100 bonus means £1,000 of wagering, and slots count 100% while live casino, table games and game shows count only 10%. A withdrawal requested before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and any winnings made with bonus funds. Your cash winnings from cash stakes stay yours. The wagering requirements guide shows how to calculate what is left.

Withdrawal declined: method mismatch and the closed loop

Mythoswin returns money to your deposit method first, up to the amount deposited. Problems arise when:

  • You try to withdraw to a new method before the deposit amount has gone back to the original method.
  • You deposited with Paysafecard, which cannot receive payouts. Add and verify a debit card or bank account in your name.
  • The original card has expired or been replaced. Tell live chat and send proof of the new card.
  • An e-wallet account has been closed. Mythoswin will ask for an alternative verified method.

Name mismatch

Every payment method must be in the same name as your Mythoswin account. A partner’s card, a joint account that does not show your name, or a nickname on an e-wallet can all cause a decline. If you have changed your name, for example after marriage, send live chat a document showing both names. Using someone else’s payment method can also lead to an account restriction. Limits, weekends and bank holidays

Some “delays” are simply limits or calendars:

  • Limits: £10 minimum, £5,000 per day and £25,000 per month (higher for Titan and Olympian VIPs). Bigger wins are paid in instalments.
  • Working days: debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer payouts take 1–3 working days, and weekends and UK bank holidays do not count. A card payout approved on the Thursday before an Easter weekend may not arrive until the Tuesday or Wednesday after.
  • Your bank: some UK banks hold incoming gambling payments for extra checks, or have a gambling block that affects incoming payments too.

Other reasons for a delay

  • Security review: unusual payment activity, logins from outside the UK or a recent chargeback can pause a payout.
  • Duplicate accounts: Mythoswin allows one account per person. A second account linked by device, address or payment method will be investigated.
  • Self-exclusion or time-out: you can still withdraw your balance during a time-out or self-exclusion. Contact support if the cashier will not let you.

What to do, step by step

  1. Check the status in the Withdraw tab and read any account messages.
  2. Compare the elapsed time with your method’s arrival time, counting working days only.
  3. Upload any requested documents in clear, full-page colour.
  4. Contact Mythoswin 24/7 live chat with your username, the amount, the date and time and the transaction ID. The support page explains all contact options.
  5. If the money shows as completed but has not arrived, ask for the payment reference and give it to your bank or e-wallet.

The complaint route

If live chat cannot resolve it, follow the UK complaint process:

  1. Ask Mythoswin support for a formal complaint, with screenshots and transaction IDs.
  2. Mythoswin acknowledges it within 48 hours and must send a final response within 8 weeks.
  3. If you are still unhappy, escalate free of charge to the independent ADR provider named in Mythoswin’s terms.
  4. You can report regulatory concerns to the UK Gambling Commission, although it does not resolve individual disputes.

Play responsibly: Mythoswin is for players aged 18+ only, and free, confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.

Questions about this topic

Why is my Mythoswin withdrawal still pending after 3 hours?

+

The 3-hour approval applies to verified accounts. If your withdrawal is still pending, Mythoswin has usually asked for documents such as proof of address, proof of payment method or source of funds. Check your account messages and email. Once the documents are uploaded, a manual review normally takes 24 to 48 hours before approval.

My withdrawal was approved but the money has not arrived. What now?

+

Check the timing for your method. E-wallets usually receive the money in under 3 hours, Rapid Transfer up to 24 hours, and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. If the time has passed, ask Mythoswin live chat for the transaction reference and give it to your bank.

Will Mythoswin confiscate my winnings if I withdraw with a bonus active?

+

Withdrawing before the 10x wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and any winnings made with bonus funds. Your cash balance and winnings from cash stakes are not affected, because Mythoswin uses cash first and keeps bonus funds separate. Check your wagering progress in the Bonuses section before you request a payout.

How do I complain about a Mythoswin withdrawal?

+

Contact Mythoswin support with your username, the date and time and the transaction ID, and ask for a formal complaint. Mythoswin acknowledges it within 48 hours and must give a final response within 8 weeks. If you are still unhappy, you can escalate free of charge to the independent ADR provider named in Mythoswin's terms.
